NAPRELAN®375 works in a biphasic release fashion:

• Phase 1: Within the first 30 minutes, a right amount of the naproxen sodium is absorbed by your stomach for quick onset of relief.
• Phase 2: The remainder of NAPRELAN® is widely dispersed throughout the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, providing pain relief for up to 24 hours after a single dose.

NAPRELAN®375 Controlled Release Tablets are indicated for the treatment of:

• rheumatoid arthritis
• bursitis
• osteoarthritis
• acute gout
• ankylosing spondylitis
• tendinitis
• mild to moderate pain
