A. NAPRELAN® 375mg Tablets use a patented, controlled release drug delivery system that allows for a once-daily dosing of this medication, which is used to treat pain and arthritis.

Q. How are NAPRELAN® 375mg Tablets different from Naprosyn®?
A. NAPRELAN® 375mg Tablets contain 412.5 mg of naproxen sodium, equivalent to 375 mg of naproxen (the active ingredient in Naprosyn®). After taking NAPRELAN® 375mg Tablets, the onset of pain relief is experienced within the first 30 minutes, as compared to one hour for Naprosyn®. Also, NAPRELAN® 375mg Tablets only need to be taken once daily, unlike naproxen.

Q. What is the recommended dosage for NAPRELAN® 375mg Tablets?
A. You should always follow your physician’s instructions when taking any medications, including NAPRELAN® 375mg Tablets. While patient requirements may differ, the usual daily dose of NAPRELAN® 375mg Tablets is two tablets taken once daily.
