• Within the first 30 minutes, approximately 30% of the naproxen sodium is absorbed into your stomach to give quick relief with less chance of irritating your system.
• In phase 2, the remainder is widely dispersed throughout the gastrointestinal (GI) tract to provide a therapeutic serum level for sustained pain relief up to 24 hours.
